I highly recommend Megan at Community Care Home Health Services and her team. Megan has been involved in many facets of the special needs community for many years and is extremely knowledgeable in the services that are available to support their needs. Megan and her team were very efficient in helping our family transition to the new CD Pap program. She is so compassionate and upbeat which made the process so much easier. I have been partnering with Community Care Home Health Services for several years in support of those that I work with who utilize OPWDD services. CDPAP is a great resource to supplement the OPWDD services that do not go far enough. Megan and her team are such an outstanding support for families!
