Be CDPAP Happy™ With Our Great Benefits Program

Community Care Companions dba. Community Care Home Health Services is an approved CDPAP Facilitator working in partnership with PPL.  Benefits under PPL will include:

Retirement: You will be eligible to enroll in PPL's 401(k) plan on the first day of the month after you have completed 30 days of employment with PPL.

Professional Development: You will receive up to four professional development hours from PPL. You will be paid for your time spent on professional development

Other Benefits: As allowed by applicable law, you will receive Social Security Benefits, New York State Unemployment Compensation, Workers’ Compensation, New York State Disability Insurance, and Paid Family Leave benefits.

Paid Time Off (PTO): You will earn one hour of PTO for every 30 hours worked, up to 56 hours each year. You will be allowed to carry over unused PTO from one year to the next. We will provide you with PPL’s Paid Time Off (PTO) policy for more details once you’re registered.

Health Insurance: MEC/Flex Plan: After you begin work, you will automatically be enrolled in the PPL MEC/Flex plan. The MEC/Flex plan consists of the PPL Minimum Essentials Coverage, Preventive Plan (MEC Plan), which is a health insurance plan, and the PPL Flexible Benefit Plan (Flex Card), which is a benefits card plan that can help cover the following expenses:

Expected benefit HRA (EBHRA): Up to $2,100/year for medical expenses like copays, prescriptions, dental care, and more.
Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA): No spending limit for dental and vision services.
Transit: Up to $315/month for mass-transit passes.
Cell Phone: Up to $125/month for work-related cell phone bills.
Parking: Up to $315/month for parking expenses.
Dependent Care: Up to $5,000/year for eligible dependent care costs.

Voluntary Enhanced Health Insurance Plan: Available to full-time employees, working 130 hours or more per month, only as a replacement of the MEC/Flex Plan, you will be eligible to enroll in PPL’s Minimum Value Plan (MV Plan). This plan provides enhanced health care coverage as compared to the MEC/Flex Plan.
