Community Care’s CDPAP (Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program) program is a service of Community Care, a New York State licensed home care agency that has been providing home care to communities across New York State for more than 40 years.
Since day one, our philosophy has centered around “We Care,” our unwavering commitment to our clients, their families, and their caregivers. We understand that providing care for a loved one can be a daunting and stressful process, and we’re here to provide you with peace of mind and an exceptional customer experience.
In the same way, our “We Care” philosophy extends to helping families who wish to enroll in our CDPAP program and look to hire a family member, friend, or Personal Assistant (PA) to care for a loved one.

Unlike traditional home care services, we find that families are often unaware of this wonderful program. That’s why we’ve made it our mission, underscored by our “We Care” philosophy, to make sure that as many families as possible learn about the great benefits of CDPAP.
