ALERT! STOP NEW YORK STATE’S ATTACK ON CDPAP! ACT NOW!

Governor Hochul pushed through an approved bill that would enact a single CDPAP FI (Fiscal Intermediary) for families who participate in CDPAP services, as of April 2025.

The governor’s proposed change would force everyone to be forced into one FI, leaving CDPAP participants with NO CHOICE ABOUT THEIR CARE when it comes to being able to choose the agency that they would like to enroll into, for their CDPAP services.
