I first spoke with Jocelyn when my Mom was at [a nursing home] and she was honestly the first person I spoke with who was compassionate, caring and efficient with getting her job done throughout this very grueling Community Medicaid process. Megan was also very caring and committed to making sure we had the correct information. As someone who works with both families who can benefit from the services, as well as Care Coordinators who can link families to these services, I found the presentation to be extremely informative. So many individuals and families can benefit from services like these, especially during times when it's difficult to find staffing.
